We believe that our Sixth Form offers a stimulating, fulfilling, memorable and happy experience and we want our Sixth Formers to receive the very best education. Our A Level results are among the best in the country. Excellent teaching, backed by comprehensive guidance and advice, mean that almost all of our students go on to their first choice of university and degree course.
Being a part of our Sixth Form is, however, so much more than just the pursuit of academic qualifications. It is an exciting time for you to mature and develop personally as a member of a strong community. You will contribute to, and benefit from, all the opportunities available. You will develop your skills through our rich extra-curricular and enrichment programme, details of which are included in this booklet.
For Year 11 students already at Wycombe High, entry into our Sixth Form is a natural next step; you will build upon the firm groundwork already laid down and move into a more adult and independent environment with the added bonus of knowing and being known by the staff. We are also delighted to welcome new entrants to Wycombe High School, all of whom will very quickly settled in and make lasting friendships.
