Wycombe High is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students and alumnae this week. Former student Annabel Hull has been named Buckinghamshire Young Artist of the Year 2025 for her stunning piece Vanity, while another former student, Leiva Hollows Butwell, was Highly Commended for Persephone Eating the Pomegranate. This incredible double is a testament to the creativity and talent nurtured here at Wycombe High.
The week was also marked by memorable events for our current students. K-Pop artist Shao Hao visited the school as part of Anti-Bullying Week, delivering a live performance and sharing his personal story of moving to the UK, inspiring students with his honesty and resilience.
We also took time to reflect during our Remembrance Day Service, when the whole school community came together to pause, remember, and honour those who gave their lives in conflicts around the world.
This week’s edition of Wycombe High TV News, presented by our talented student reporters, celebrates the creativity, resilience, and community spirit that make Wycombe High a true beacon of excellence.
