Amelia Weiss – WHS Class of 2017 - Reflections of Graduating in Lockdown
Lockdown wasn't what I expected it would be.
My mum passed away in April, my work deadlines have been extended and I'm now not officially graduating until December.
However, I did write a children's book for one of my modules. It captures what grief means to me and my interpretation of the process.
It is dedicated to my whole family, who I've been 'stuck' with for the last few months and couldn't imagine my life without.
I've never been more proud of a piece of work in my life- it probably surpasses any dissertation I could've written!
Wycombe High School send its condolences to Amelia and her family and wishes Amelia all the best for the future.
