We are delighted to invite you and your daughter to our Annual Frost Fayre to be held on Friday 22 November from 6.30 pm – 9.00 pm.
Please save the date now so that you can come along, bring your family and friends and join us at one of our most successful fundraising events of the year.
For those of you who have not been before, our festive market is the ideal place to treat yourself or stock up on gifts with our fabulous selection of local stallholders who will be selling beautiful handmade and unique items ranging from fused glass decorations, hot chocolate spoons, bath bombs, wooden rose bouquets, Mediterranean chutneys, nail wraps, homemade fudge and samosas, reusable and zero waste homewares, jewellery to dog accessories and much more. There will also be a vast array of refreshments to delight your taste buds, live music, a book signing by a local author, games stalls, our ever-popular tombola, a visit from a local illustrator, stalls run by students raising money for charity and their upcoming trips and more to come.
To keep-up-to date with what’s happening at our Fayre, be sure to like our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/WHS.PAFA/
In order to make our Frost Fayre a great success we need your support.
Please take 2 minutes to read our appeal below and let us know if you can help in any way, big or small. Maybe you could donate a box of chocolate for a hamper, or you could spare an hour to help on the day, or your business would like to donate a prize for the Grand raffle? There are many other ways in which you could make a difference. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thank you.
TOMBOLA & HAMPERS:
Any kind donations for our Tombola will be much appreciated. Please send your items to Reception in a bag marked ‘PAFA Tombola’ by Friday 15 November. Items can be big or small as long as they are new – for example: tins of biscuits, boxes of chocolates, toiletries, alcohol bottles*, stationery, books, CDs, jewellery, ornaments, Christmas crackers, toys, games - anything that someone would be pleased to win!
* If you are donating bottles of alcohol, could you please bring them into school yourself rather than sending your daughter in with them.
Our Annual Frost Fayre is well known within the area to be one of the early Christmas markets and as such attracts many visitors. If you would like a chance to support our work and raise the profile of your business in the local community by advertising in our Fayre Programme, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. The Programme of the Fayre will be send electronically to all Parents and posted on our Facebook page.
Any ideas, suggestions, offers of ad hoc help are kindly received. If you are happy to help us with the organisation of the Fayre, can recommend stallholders or would like to have a stall yourself, if you own or know of a company who can help us out with printing posters and programmes, please get in touch with the PAFA Team to discuss at email@example.com

One of the easiest ways of supporting your daughter (via PAFA) is by joining the 200 Club.
The Wycombe High School 200 Club is our most consistent means of raising funds and a great way to have some fun by simply buying one or more numbers in our monthly draw.
Half the proceeds pay for additional school facilities and equipment and the other half is distributed in prizes. The first prize is currently £200; second prize £75 and third prize £25 - prizes drawn every month!
The more Club members there are, the larger the first prize. Your chances of winning are considerably better than the lottery, so by requesting more than one number, you have more chances to win! *
Join the 200 Club today – support the school and be in with a chance to win. Make sure you are not missing out.
Taking part is easy
Simply complete the form including Bank Standing Order and send the whole form to:
Via post: PAFA 200 Club, Wycombe High School, High Wycombe, Bucks HP11 1TB
Via email: email@example.com
Via daughter-mail: put it into the PAFA mailbox on the wall just outside the school reception.
Thank you for your support, and good luck!

PAFA has subscribed to the Spend and Raise E-store. This is an online shopping portal that links to a large variety of online shopping sites.
Visit us on our website. Each time you visit one of the sites from “Spend and Raise” and make a purchase, the PAFA gets a commission payment. We have hundreds of retailers on board (selling insurance, utilities, furniture and holidays as well as clothes, chocolates, books, flowers and other gift items).
So if you are shopping on-line, booking a holiday, buying office supplies, stationery, books, telephones, insurance, computers or furniture, please explore our e-store site and tell your friends about it.
In a similar way, you can also contribute directly to school funds by buying your Amazon.co.uk goods through our Amazon link. You pay nothing more, but the school will get a small percentage of every pound you spend.
