This week on Wycombe High TV News, our student reporters bring you the latest highlights from across the school. At the forefront, more than 400 students and their families attended our ‘Into The Sixth’ Open Event – an all-time record! Designed for Year 11 students from Wycombe High and other schools considering their Sixth Form options, the event showcased why our Sixth Form is recognised by Ofsted as a beacon of excellence.
In sporting news, our netball teams achieved remarkable success at the Buckinghamshire County Finals. The Under 16 team were crowned County Champions, while our Under 14 and Under 19 squads also qualified for the Regional Finals in January. Meanwhile, our Under 16 Rugby team went undefeated at the Bucks Girls Rugby Charity Tournament, and our Under 18 Football team gave a strong performance in their latest league match.
October is also Black History Month, and our student reporters explored the diversity and community spirit within the school, highlighting voices and stories that make Wycombe High a welcoming and inclusive environment.
