This week’s Head’s Up! is a little different. Instead of presenting, Mrs Renyard (Wycombe High Headteacher) is in the hot seat alongside Miss Hartley (Headteacher at John Hampden) as our student hosts, Amani and Guy, turn the tables and interview them!
They share the inside story on the highly-acclaimed Futures Programme, a powerful collaboration between the two schools that gives Sixth Formers incredible opportunities beyond their A Level studies.
Miss Hartley summed it up perfectly:
“This is just the start. There can be more academic collaboration, definitely embedding and developing the enrichment program. And already we’ve got students in the sixth form, both schools going out to local primary schools and helping students there. So there’s, there’s lots of ways that we can in the sixth form bring both schools together.”
✨ Expect inspiring insights, a glimpse into what it’s really like to learn together, and an exciting vision for the future as this partnership grows stronger.
