Wycombe High School came alive with music, dance and theatre this week as students took to the stage for 125 Live!, a spectacular showcase celebrating our 125th anniversary.
Performed over two memorable evenings, the show took the audience on a journey through the decades, with performances inspired by music and culture from the early 20th century right through to the present day. From classic show tunes to iconic pop hits, the evening highlighted the extraordinary talent, creativity and confidence of Wycombe High students.
The programme featured an impressive range of performances from across the school community, including Senior Choir, Lower School Choir, Musical Theatre Club, Junior and Senior Dance groups, the Dance Performance Group and the Gym Squad, alongside student choreographers and leaders who helped bring the show to life.
125 Live! forms part of Wycombe High School’s 125th anniversary celebrations throughout 2026, marking an important milestone in the school’s history since its foundation in 1901.
Events like this reflect the vibrant opportunities available to students beyond the classroom and the school’s commitment to nurturing confidence, creativity and collaboration alongside academic excellence.
