#GenerousSpirit – Students raise another £3,500 for charity

Wycombe High Students have raised nearly £3,500 for charity – in just one week!

Friday’s Christmas Jumper Day, where students paid £2 to come to school in mufti, raised £1,324.36 for Save The Children.

Meanwhile, the Christmas Concert Live!, which was broadcast live on the school’s YouTube TV channel, WHTV, has so far raised £2,150.75 for Wycombe Homeless Connection – that’s on top of the £279.75 raised by Bronte House for the Wycombe Homeless Connection at the recent Christmas Fair.

Headteacher, Sharon Cromie, said: “Congratulations to everyone who took part in these fundraising events, which raised an incredible amount of money for two great causes. Thanks too, to everyone who donated”.
