This week at Wycombe High, there’s plenty to celebrate and look forward to!
Mrs Renyard reflects on our Into The Sixth Open Evening, which welcomed more than 400 students and their families – a record turnout. The evening provided a fantastic opportunity for Year 11 students, both from Wycombe High and other schools, to explore our Sixth Form, described by Ofsted as a “beacon of excellence.”
Looking ahead, next Wednesday evening sees our Autumn Concert, featuring performances from choirs, orchestras, ensembles, and talented soloists. Tickets are selling fast, and you can secure yours here: whs.littlboxoffice.com.
On Friday, it’s time for Wear It Pink Day and our Pink Fair, raising funds for Breast Cancer Now. Students and staff are encouraged to wear pink and get involved – donations can be made via our JustGiving page: www.justgiving.com/page/pinkwhs.
Finally, don’t miss this week’s edition of Wycombe High TV News, packed with stories including Into The Sixth highlights, netball success, and Black History Month celebrations.
