Wycombe High School welcomed a record-breaking number of visitors today, as more than 340 primary school pupils and their families took part in guided tours of the school.
It was the school’s busiest open event to date, with families exploring classrooms, meeting staff and students, and getting a real sense of life at Wycombe High. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement and curiosity, as young visitors imagined themselves joining the Wycombe High community.
Headteacher Nicola Renyard said:
“It was wonderful to see so many families eager to find out more about our school. The atmosphere was fantastic and we were incredibly proud of the way our students and staff showcased all that Wycombe High has to offer.”
The day forms part of a wider programme of events for prospective students, including next week’s Reasons Why Wycombe High webinar for current Year 5 pupils and their families.
