What you say in your 30 second video is up to you – it could be you talking to camera about your hobby or passion, an achievement or experience, or just why you’d make a good TV presenter. Or, if you’d prefer, you can present the video promo script below:”PTC (Piece to Camera)
Want to be a TV presenter? Now’s your chance.
We need students to read the news in Wycombe High TV’s new green-screen studio.
And we’re looking for reporters to carry out interviews..
…and hosts for new shows on our YouTube channel, Wycombe High TV.
Whatever your age, ability or experience, we want to hear from YOU.
To apply, send a thirty second video of yourself to comms@whs.bucks.sch.uk
That’s comms@whs.bucks.sch.uk
Wycombe High TV is looking for presenters from all Year Groups – so why not YOU? Apply today!”
You can either shoot the video yourself or get someone to help you . Don’t worry too much about the lighting and background – just try to look happy, dynamic and confident… and make sure you look straight down the lens. And if it needs a few attempts, that’s fine too – even TV pros, who have been doing it for years, rarely deliver in one take.
Once you’re happy with your video clip, send it as an email attachment to: comms@whs.bucks.sch.uk.
Good luck!
