VIDEO interview with top engineering student, Lahari

Top student, Lahari, in Year 12, gives her reaction to winning a prestigious Arkwright Engineering Scholarship – the most esteemed scholarship of its kind.

The award is designed to inspire students to pursue their dreams and change the world as a future leader in engineering.

The Scholarships are awarded to hard-working 16-year-old students through a rigorous selection process, supporting them through their A-levels.

Headteacher, Sharon Cromie said: “It is fantastic that Lahari has been recognised in this way. Achieving this prestigious award is an important first step on her journey to studying space engineering at university and a successful future career”.
