The first Head’s Up! of the new school year is here, with Headteacher Nicola Renyard reflecting on a fantastic start to 2026/27 at Wycombe High School.
In this week’s video, Nicola welcomes our 192 new Year 7 students as they begin their Wycombe High journey, as well as more than 200 students starting Year 12, including 55 who have joined us from other schools.
There’s also a look back at a very special activity day for Year 7, held as part of our 125th anniversary celebrations, and news of our forthcoming Into the Sixth Open Event on Wednesday 14 October.
And there’s one final anniversary challenge to complete!
Our first ever Giving Days have already raised more than £10,800 towards our £12,500 target. With the finishing line now tantalisingly close, Nicola is asking the Wycombe High community to help us get there.
Every penny raised will be invested directly back into opportunities for our students, helping enhance school facilities and provide enrichment and extra-curricular activities.
