The latest edition of Wycombe High TV News is now available to watch, and this week’s programme is a special World Book Day episode presented by Alicija and Diya in Year 11.
The show begins with highlights from our fantastic World Book Day celebrations, including the ever-popular costume contest and students sharing their favourite books in our vox pop interviews.
We also follow 82 of our Year 10 historians on their fascinating trip to Berlin, where they visited some of the most important sites in modern European history. Meanwhile, Year 9 stepped back nearly 2,000 years during their visit to Fishbourne Roman Palace, the largest Roman residence ever discovered in Britain.
Elsewhere in the programme, we bring you the latest Wycombe High sports news, including a historic achievement for our Under 15 netball team, who have reached two national cup finals. There is also a colourful report from our Chinese New Year Fair and a behind-the-scenes look at rehearsals for 125 Live, our spectacular performance celebrating 125 years of Wycombe High.
Wycombe High TV is the UK’s only student-led school TV news channel, produced and presented entirely by students.
